How a few structural changes increased product views by 21% for this cookware brand in the first 90 days.


Xtrema is one of our newest CRO clients.

They came to us with serious challenges in product discovery. Users were viewing a product in less than 40% of sessions, a dangerously low number for an ecommerce site.

We immediately got to work focusing on the site’s UX to make it much easier for users to browse their most popular products.

This included changes to the top level navigation, shop by category sections, and a simplified collection page template.

The end result was a 21% increase in product views over the first 90 days. As an added bonus this increased product discovery led to double digit increases in conversion rate and add to cart rate.
