Enavi is looking for its next great Conversion Optimization Lead to help us continue driving phenomenal results for our eCommerce clients.

As a Conversion Optimization Lead, you are responsible for collaborating with the client on current goals and initiatives. Identify optimization opportunities through research. Work with other team members like data analysts and developers to conduct optimization efforts.

We are looking for a driven and proactive Conversion Optimization Lead initiative, that recognizes areas of improvement, and values being an integral part of a team. We desire someone with excellent interpersonal skills who will operate as one of our clients' main point of contact, be able to closely manage several programs and deliverables simultaneously, and have the skills and expertise to discern optimization opportunities based on research and data analysis. What Will I Be Doing?

As an Enavi Conversion Optimization Lead your day will often flow like this (This list is not comprehensive of all responsibilities, but meant to give you a look into a day at Enavi!):

• Lead the day-to-day execution of our client A/B Testing programs, from setup to launch to review.
• Collaborate with CRO Manager to develop an ongoing A/B Testing Roadmap for each client.
• Conduct conversion research for clients using our in-house 5i Method of CRO.
• Maintain client CRO dashboards and reports to showcase findings and ROI.
• Act as a lead on client meetings delivering results of the CRO program and guiding stakeholders through our process.
• Manage ongoing tracking of qualitative (HotJar) and quantitative (GA, GTM, Elevar) data sources.
• Serve as the technical CRO expert for clients.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of conversion optimization experience at an agency
